Cancel and no show policy
Please understand that when you cancel or "no show" your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved service. "No shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
Late Arrivals
Every appointment has an allotted time period reserved especially for that guest, and we want you to get the service you reserved in your appointment time. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may not get you the service you reserved, however you will be charged 100% of reserved service.
